All delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout. The cost of delivery corresponds to the size and weight of your order. If your total order amount is over £30 then we will deliver the item for free. 

As a guide only, in-stock items sent to you at a UK mainland address should arrive within 7 working days. It is our aim that all purchases are received within 30 days of purchase, however we cannot guarantee it. In some rare cases an item may get lost in the post. Please contact us if your item is late and we will investigate. 

Customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties. Please note this may involve a delay in the delivery of your item. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of all these additional charges if imposed.

Items will be dispatched to the address specified on the order. If you wish the item to be delivered to a friend or workplace, please ensure you supply the alternative address with your order.

We take great care to check every item before it is sent out but mistakes can sometimes happen. In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a returns form.

Please include the form with your unwanted items and return the item at your expense in its original condition, with all swing tags attached. We will issue a refund on receipt.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the item. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

In order to purchase from Cloth Magpie you must be over 18 years of age. Cloth Magpie retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. 

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices and dimensions of products available on this website are correct at the time of publishing. We also endeavour to accurately reproduce the colour of the products in images provided. However Cloth Magpie cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by browser software or customer's computer.
