How do I return an item?

We take great care to check every item before it is sent out but mistakes can sometimes happen. In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a returns form. Please include the form with your unwanted items and return the item at your expense in its original condition, with all swing tags attached. We will issue a refund on receipt. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the item. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.
